Responsibilities in your new role as Credit Controller
As the Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the credit control process to secure prompt customer payments. Your tasks encompass evaluating creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, handling invoicing, monitoring payments, pursuing overdue balances, resolving disputes, managing debt collection if needed, generating reports, nurturing customer relationships, and mitigating credit risks. Collaborating with other departments, you'll ensure smooth cash flow and mitigate bad debt.
