We're on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator for a permanent role in Glasgow! As a Compliance Administrator, you will be based in the Health & Safety department and play a pivotal role in ensuring operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies. Responsibilities in your new role as the Compliance Administrator
As a Compliance Administrator, you will proactively manage processes related to tracker, theft recovery, and telematic systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting the recovery of lost or stolen equipment by coordinating with suppliers and authorities, administering internal theft and fraud reports, and handling workplace incident reporting for both vehicles and employees. You will process and monitor incident documentation, claims, and insurance forms while maintaining the Motor Insurance Database. Additionally, you will produce and coordinate Management Information (MI) reports, distribute safety and compliance documents across the network, and manage various spreadsheets and systems to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
 
Your personality, experience and qualifications
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in Compliance role, with strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and accuracy. Proficiency in IT applications, including Excel and Word, is essential. A professional attitude, along with effective verbal and written communication across all levels and disciplines, is key. Additionally, the ability to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
