Responsibilities in your new role as Commercial Property Manager

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring seamless day-to-day commercial property management. Your role will involve supporting the Client Finance team with various tasks including utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing. You’ll also conduct site management and safety inspections while actively participating in internal operations, contributing to process improvement and office management initiatives.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a similar Commercial Property Manager role. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will help you build and maintain positive relationships with clients. We appreciate individuals who are organised, capable of multitasking, and pay attention to detail. Your ability to work well in a team while utilising IT equipment and software packages (such as MS Office) will be key to your success in this role.
