Responsibilities within your new role as a Commercial Agent
As a Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for managing the letting and sale of a diverse range of commercial properties, working closely with clients from various sectors. You’ll handle client requirements, including negotiations for new lettings and acquisitions, while actively contributing to the growth and development of the commercial department in collaboration with our expert local team and national agency practice. Delivering exceptional client service is key, ensuring needs are met at every stage.

Estate agency experience is preferred but not essential; candidates with a strong sales and customer service background will also be considered.
