Senior Administrator/PA – Glasgow
Stafffinders are partnering with their long-term client during a period of growth and are looking for a Senior Administrator/PA to join their team, on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an integral role within the business providing effective office support specifically to the Residential department.
Salary & hours
£25,000-£28,000 p/annum (doe) To reach the higher end of this salary scale, you must hold relevant experience in a similar senior administrator or PA role, preferably within a surveyors/estate agent, however this is not essential. The hours are 9-5pm Monday – Friday.

Your new job responsibilities
As Senior Administrator/PA, your key responsibilities, you will be responsible for providing direction to and driving productivity of the admin team (where applicable) Directing line responsibility for developing and leading several admin staff. Due to your senior level, you will be providing direct support to Office Partner(s).
In addition to Senior administration responsibilities and supporting the smooth running of our clients Glasgow Office (with a headcount of 80+), the successful candidate will also act as PA to their Managing Partner. You will be tasked with effectively organising & planning the diary for the Managing Partner on a daily basis to provide a comprehensive, confidential and high-quality PA service an attempt to make a busy schedule more manageable and run with ease. You will also co-ordinate board diaries & agendas prior to meetings.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
We are looking to speak to talented Administrators who are proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT software’s who are able to demonstrates exceptional organisation skills. As the Senior Administrator/PA, you will be aware of the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to perform under pressure to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
