Responsibilities in your new role as the Breakfast Chef
As a key member of the breakfast team, you will work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include mise en place, proper storage and handling of deliveries, cooking and plating breakfast, assisting with lunch service, managing fridges and stock rotation, and ordering kitchen supplies. You will also oversee food safety compliance, provide support to commis chefs and kitchen porters, and collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain guest and member satisfaction.
 
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To apply, candidates should have an NVQ Level 2/3 or an equivalent qualification in food preparation, or relevant experience. A REHIS Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a valid UK driving licence.
