Responsibilities in your new role as Bar Manager

As the Bar Manager, you will cultivate a deep understanding of all products served at the bar to enhance service quality and guest experience. By ensuring that every bartender adheres to service excellence, you will create an atmosphere where each guest feels valued and delighted. You'll lead the training of bartenders and the service team, ensuring they possess the necessary beverage knowledge to meet company standards. Your personality, experience and qualifications
