Responsibilities within your new role as the Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Assist in driving sales through innovative strategies and effective social media engagement

• Support the General Manager in the efficient running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations across all shifts

• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience

• Manage and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of the business

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment

Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Assistant General Manager role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. You will enjoy working as part of a team and excel in building strong working relationships. Additionally, you will possess strong commercial insight, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
