Responsibilities in your new role as an Assistant General Manager

• Assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the hotel.

• Manage several departments to ensure smooth service and effective communication.

• Oversee the training and development of staff to maintain high service standards.

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

• Be prepared to run the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.

• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is essential.

• Minimum senior experience at a 4* level is required.

• Must be willing to relocate to Fort William.

• A deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proven track record in training and developing staff.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
