Responsibilities in your new role as an Assistant General Manager

Assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the hotel.

Manage several departments to ensure smooth service and effective communication.

Oversee the training and development of staff to maintain high service standards.

Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Be prepared to run the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.

Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting is essential.

Minimum senior experience at a 4* level is required.

Must be willing to relocate to Fort William.

A deep passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.

Proven track record in training and developing staff.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.
