We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to cover short term holiday cover for out client in the Paisley area.

 

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday on a temporary basis for 2 weeks.

 

Hourly rate £8.00 p/h

 

Duties include;

 

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Screening phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing post
