A Customer Services Assistant is required for a Housing Organisation in Glasgow.  This is a temporary role until the end of March 2018.  

You will be responding to a wide range of enquiries from tenants and residents and will act as the first point of contact to them.  You will also provide admin support to the staff within the organisation.  

Duties of the customer services role will include :

  • greeting tenants face to face and over the phone and answering any questions/queries they may have
  • provide organisational support in relation to : tenancy management, allocations, rent charging & arrears, repairs, voids and factoring.  
  • update the housing management system on a daily basis
  • maintain working relationships with external agencies, partners and contractors.

The customer service assistant must have excellent communictaion and organisational skills. Experience working within housing management or maintenance is also essentioal for the customer services assistant post.
