Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic property with national recognition in Scotland. It is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to really progress at the highest level possible in their career.

The role itself will be leading a large sized team of 8and you will be fully responsible for the kitchen in the head chefs’ absence. Supervision of the kitchen team and maintain very high standards.  

 The restaurant has an excellent reputation for high quality food using only the freshest of ingredients cooked in the lightest way simply and truly letting the ingredients speak for themselves. A refined attention to detail is needed along with good classical training, international influences and modern cooking techniques.  

 Successful applicants should come from a solid background with having previously worked at least 1 AA Rosette level. This is a great opportunity for aspiring chef with career progression in mind. Having shown employer loyalty and steady career progress is a must for this role.

The position offers a salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 plus tips for the right candidate dependant on career history and employer loyalty.
