Calling all Sales Administrators in the Renfrewshire area.

Our client is looking for a bright, pro-active individual to join their team.  

The position is temporary for 2 months and the option for overtime is available.

Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 – 4.30pm Friday. 

Duties include;

  • An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a Sales environment
  • A professional attitude
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries
  • Telesales – includes chasing orders from customers
  • Show initiative on the phone by up-selling
  • Excellent communication skills – including telephone manner and listening skills
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Proofreading documents
  • Chasing sales quotes
  • Hitting daily sales targets
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Answering customers telephone queries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages including Excel

An organised approach and excellent time management is essential in role.
