I am recruiting for a stunning 4* Country House Hotel on the outskirts of Aberdeen. Live in accommodation is offered.

This hotel are looking to enhance their busy F&B team by recruiting 2 x F&B Supervisors. The role will involve working between the restaurant, the Bars and the many events & conferences. This is a very diverse role. You will be reporting in to the F&B Manager and your main responsibility will be to support the waiting staff & bar staff and ensure they are running a smooth service. This will be a hands on operational role although you will have the opportunity to assist the Manager with rotas, staff training and guest complaints. This is a role that could equip you well for a future F&B Manager post.

You may be in a position where you are looking for a step up into management, this could be the ideal job for you as training will be given and the main criteria for this role is experience within a volume setting and excellent customer service skills. It would be ideal if you have some supervisory experience but it is not essential.
