Stafffinders are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant for an on-going temporary position with our client based in Renfrewshire. 

 

Hours per week will range from 16-35 depending on the needs of the business.

 

Main Duties:

 

-Purchase Ledger

-Payroll (Sage experience)

-Credit Control

-Bank Reconciliations

-Balance sheets Weekly Payroll

-Processing supplier invoices

-Weekly cash flow

-Profit & loss accounts

-Reconcile supplier statements

-Assisting with the year end

-Dealing with any payroll queries

 

 

Successful Candidate:


-Good attention to detail

-Strong excel skills

-A pro-active approach to his/her work

 

Please note, due to the location of my clients organisation, the successful candidate is required to drive and have access to own transport.
