Stafffinders are looking for a customer service representative as an exciting role has arisen in the city Centre of Edinburgh with an immediate start date. This role is initially temporary however this role may result in a permanent post.

A level of Customer service skills is vital in this role as you will be directly dealing with the customers daily.

Key duties include;

-          Deliver extraordinary customer service via phone, email, face to face or through any social media website.

-          Problem solving over the telephone at times under pressure to produce results.

-          Working on your own initiative however at times you will have to work in a team to produce a high level of customer service.

-          Building and maintaining a strong rapport with customers.

-          High level of administrative skills.

The ideal candidate would have;

-          High attention to ideal/IT literate.

-          Customer service experience (either face to face or telephony).

-          Professional telephony manner.

-          A passion for delivering a high quality of customer service and going that extra mile.
