An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Administrator to join our client’s business in the Inchinnan area. This is a temporary on-going position that may have the scope to become a long term opportunity for the right candidate. This is an immediate start.
Your new job responsibilities
You will be taking on a key role within a busy Purchasing department. You will be responsible all administrative duties including updating customers on delivery date, inputting purchase orders and liaising with suppliers daily. We are keen to speak to individuals with a keen eye for detail & knowledge of all MS office packages.
As well as the above duties, you will also be the first point of contact for photocopying, faxing and scanning information, as well as any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Office hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5pm (there can be some flexibility with hours)
Contract: Temporary (on going)
Salary: £11 p/h
