An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client’s thriving business in East Renfrewshire. This is a permanent position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Your new job responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will be taking on a key role within the business, providing support to the management team and reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming telephone calls, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail within the office. Maintaining records is also a key duty within your role and general reception duties to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible.
To ensure the office is sufficiently stocked at all times, you will proactively order stationery and other office supplied as and when required. You will also have the responsibility of booking accommodation, sorting travel schedules and ordering tickets for staff.
As well as the above duties, you will also be the first point of contact for photocopying, faxing and scanning information, as well as any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Office hours: Monday - Thursday (8-5pm) Friday (8-4pm) 1-hour break
Salary: £21,000.00 per annum
