Stafffinders are delighted to be partnering with our exclusive client to source a Logistics Administrator to join their Global Freight Forwarding business during a period of outstanding growth. This role will be based in the Paisley area.
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have a background in providing administrative support for a logistics function, however this is not essential. This role will be initialy temporry ongoing with the scope to lead to a permanet role for the right individual.

The main responsibilities will involve updating delivery details on CRM system, updating customers, assisting various divisions with admin support, be a strong team player with a customer-focus orientated approach. As logistics administrator, you will handle any enquiries, collecting detailed information to ensure the right solution can be sourced. You will be responsible for assessing stock and resources, as well as liaising with management. This role requires you need to coordinate the workloads & additionally, liaising with stakeholders to develop better ways of working and increase the efficiency of processes and procedures is a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in a Freight/ International supply chain/ vehicle planning experience/Logistics function. (however this is not essential)
- Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organisational and time management skills are needed to ensure that the requested tasks are completed by specific deadlines.
