What you'll need:

To succeed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be determined, enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to actively source clients and candidates through a wide variety of mediums for a wide variety of roles. As well as sourcing, you then need to be able to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, so an outgoing and engaging personality is essential 

As for your experience, we are not going to put exact requirements on it as recruitment experience is not vital but ideally, you will have come from customer-facing role(s) and you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within them.
