Accounts Assistant (part time)

Stafffinders are recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our exclusive Glasgow based property client for a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
This is a key role within the accounts department. Hours will be approx. 20-25 hours per week. There is a degree of flexibility to suit the individuals and the business needs in terms of what those days/hours are.
Hourly rate is dependent on candidate’s experience.
- Daily Banking
- Adding and raising on account and ad hoc customer invoices
- Responding to invoicing queries
- Adding leases, budgets, recharges to our system
- Liaising with customers to reconcile unidentified payments.
- Arranging any refunds
- General ad-hoc task to support wider finance department.
