Conveyancing Paralegal

Stafffinders are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for a family run Legal firm based in South Lanarkshire on a full-time permanent basis.  This is an excellent opportunity to work for busy conveyancing office where you would be fully responsible for your own caseload.

The hours of work are standard 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  Given the current climate there will be a mix of both at home and office work (socially distance compliant).

In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £31k per year DOE as well as parking and an excellent pension contribution.

The duties are as follows:

• Managing own caseload and dealing with each one from inception to completion
• Submitting land and building traction returns and registration
• Communicating with clients and lenders on a daily basis
• Dealing with up to 30 conveyances per month
• Other adhoc secretarial duties

This role would suit someone who has excellent knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing process, who can handle and high caseload, and has excellent attention to detail.
