Stafffinders are currently looking for a Property Manager for our Factoring client based in Glasgow City Centre on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a client who truly care about their employee’s health and wellbeing and promote a good work-life balance.
The hours of work are standard 9am – 5.30pm but given the nature of the job could be you could work out of office hours (gaining back time in lieu).
Given the current climate most work will be conducted at home with a view to returning to the office when restrictions are eased/lifted.
In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £26k -£35 DOE, pool cars, excellent pension contribution and mileage.
The duties are as follows:
-Managing a large portfolio of units.
-Working closely with accounts team to resolve any outstanding balances.
-Keeping an eye on arrears levels and instructing credit control procedures when needed.
-Attend client meetings.
-Carry out regular site visits to ensure building are being kept well.
-Dealing with Surveyors in terms of substantial projects being undertaken on units.
-Any other adhoc duties.
This role would suit someone who has had either: experience in factoring – whether that be private or public sector, or someone who has had good experience in lettings who is ready for a new challenge.
