A bit about your new role
You will be part of a well-established accountancy firm based in Renfrewshire who has the right blend of traditional working practices coupled with a modern twist. They are forward thinking in their approach and utilise digital to its fullest in this ever-changing environment. Here you will be working alongside a likeminded & driven team. You will play a fundamental part within the business completing end to end payroll for a varied portfolio of clients, therefore 2+years’ experience in a similar, fast paced environment is essential.
- Managing your own portfolio of clients with a range of weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls and ensuring banking and reporting deadlines are met
- Year-end filing and reporting
- Communicating effectively with HMRC, third parties & clients
- Administration of pension and auto enrolment processes/ re-enrolment
- Reconciliation of all payroll related accounts
We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to develop new idea’s or implement an effective new procedure that contributes to the successful flow of organisation within the payroll department.
