Stafffinders is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary administrator based in Edinburgh city centre.
This is a full-time temporary role (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm), with a pay rate of £10.50 p/h.
The expected duration of this assignment is about 4 - 6 weeks.
Some of the required duties & skills include:
-Responding to various queries on phone and by email
-Working on a busy switchboard
-Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
-Be the first point of contact at reception
-Experience in a similar role would be ideal
-Skilled in Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Can work well under pressure
