Stafffinders are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our clients thriving business based in Glasgow.

 

Salary: From £18k p/annum (DOE)  

 

Duration of contract: Temporary 

 

Hours: 35 hours (Our client has a degree of flexibility with hours)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Admin/Reception experience
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organised

 Duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Filing
  • General ad hoc duties
  • MS Office packages including Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Dealing with petty cash
