Most of these roles are with Hotels that operate Rosette winning restaurants however all offer fantastic food. We work alongside our clients and find out everything about the business from Owners, Management and also the mid and entry-level staff. This ensures that when we are speaking to you, we can give you an in-depth view of the company before you ever step foot in the kitchen, meaning you already know if the job could be right for you.

The ideal candidates for these roles will come with good longevity in your roles, at least 1 year in each. You will also be motivated, passionate and reliable. Experience as a Chef De Partie in busy establishments with good quality food is essential. Rosette Experience some for not all of the roles is required.
