About the role

This is a brand-new, senior role that was created due to the growth of Sales Division across all five branches. You will be recruiting, mentoring and managing a team of about 9 secretarial support staff. The role also requires streaming client’s tender responses, writing sales proposals and regular communications (with occasional travel) with other offices. Reporting to and working alongside Sales Director you will be challenged to review, evaluate and improve sales processes, offer development strategies and add value as you go.

About you

You will have strong people management experience ideally across sales support functions including reception and administration. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and SharePoint) is essential. You will be a great communicator and inspirational, hands-on leader with a “can do” attitude and genuine passion for the job and company’s vision.
