I was made redundant at the beginning of the year and after contacting several Recruitment Agencies I received a call from Stafffinders asking me to come in and have a chat. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client in Edinburgh as a Support Consultant. This is a forward thinking and supportive organisation who pride themselves in what they do for the staff and clients.
You should be familiar with supporting a busy team with administrative tasks as well as ideally having some recruitment/ hr knowledge.
Duties will include:
- Providing support to consultants and liaising with external recruitment/ HR managers.
- Liaising between consultants, clients and candidates to make sure the process is seamless.
- Being proactive and reactive to current tasks and forward planning for most effective support.
- Helping with diary management for the team.
- Managing information input onto internal databases.
- Also duties such as project management support may be required for other areas of the business.
