An exciting role has arisen for a Training Coordinator in the North Ayrshire area. This is a key role within the business, and you will be responsible for providing administration and coordination support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  The Training Co-ordinator assists the Senior HSE Coordinator in implementing and maintaining H&S training requirements in the workplace in line with legislation, company policies, procedures and practices.

Hours are Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

£24,000 p/annum

Your new role:

  • Responsible for projects training specifications, arranging training etc.
  • Renew all training for employees as it approaches expiry date
  • Scan / save all training documentation into relevant files
  • Update the TMS system with new training details
  • Dealing with day to day tasks as they arise
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures

The ideal Candidate:

Previous Training experience and effective communication skills are essential in the position as well as an analytical mind-set. A skilled multitasker will flourish in this role.
