A rare opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator in the South Ayrshire area to join our well-established client. This role will be an immediate start for the right candidate and the contract will run for approx 3 months.
Due to the requirements of the role, we can only consider applicants who have obtained or working towards CPP or CIPD qualification.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Your new role:
Using your knowledge and experience gained within Human Resources, you will join a friendly and hard-working team and will be responsible for advertising vacancies, vetting CV’s, arranging interviews, sending out offer/reject letters, complete inductions and paperwork to go with this, arrange employees travel, input new starts on to the database amongst other duties.
As a self-motivated and driven individual, you will play an important part in providing administrative support, professional advice to the department and other staff on all aspects of recruitment. You will be responsible for managing time effectively, prioritising work to meet competing demands to ensure team is supported and objectives are met.
The ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a Human Resources department is essential. An effective listener who can communicate well with an ability to multitask will flourish in this position.
