Calling all Sales Administrators looking for an excellent opportunity in the Paisley area.

Our client is looking for a bright, pro-active individual to join their team.  

This position is initially temporary with scope to lead to a permanent contract for the right person.

The position is Full Time 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 – 4.30 Friday. 

 

During the busy months, overtime may be required.

Duties include;

  • Experience working in a Sales environment (preferred)
  • Offering quotations over the phone
  • An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and sales experience (preferred)
  • Liaise with other departments daily
  • Excellent IT Skills including MS Office packages
  • Maintaining good customer relations

 

 

Full training on inhouse software will be provided.

An organised approach and excellent time management is essential in role.
