Stafffinders are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary for our well-established client in South Ayrshire. This successful candidate will have Private Client experience.

  • Digital dictation (audio typing), including preparing and amending documents.
  • Experience with Lasting Powers of Attorney, Assents, Estate Accounts, Wills & Probate Applications.
  • Assisting with general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
  • General administration duties as required, filing, faxing photocopying & scanning.
  • Managing diary appointments.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of secretarial experience within the Private Client practice area. Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and client care expertise are essential. Accuracy and attention to detail are also a must.

Salary is dependent on experience (competitive)
