A rare opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer in the North Ayrshire area to join our clients well established business. This role will be an immediate start for the right candidate.
We are especially keen to speak to applicants with some HR background, however the main focal point of this role will be recruitment. Candidates from a recruitment/and or HR background are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone fantastic, with a proactive approach!
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Due to location, this successful applicant will be required to have access to their own transport.

Your new role:
Using your knowledge and experience gained within Human Resources or Recruitment, you will join a friendly and hard-working team and will be responsible for advertising vacancies, vetting CV’s, arranging interviews, sending out offer/reject letters, complete inductions and paperwork to go with this, arrange employees travel, input new starts on to the database amongst other duties.
As a self-motivated and driven individual, you will play an important part in providing administrative support, professional advice to the department and other staff on all aspects of recruitment.
The ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a Human Resources or Recruitment department is essential. An effective listener who can communicate well with an ability to multitask will flourish in this position.
