Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant and luxurious setting? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our team at a selection of prestigious hotel venues across Ayrshire.

 

Your rate of pay and hours of work

In terms of compensation and working hours, the hourly pay stands at £10.42 and is issued on a weekly basis with holiday pay accrued on top. The work schedule operates on a 5/7-day basis, featuring a weekly rotation to accommodate varying shifts.

 

Responsibilities in your new role

In this position, your primary duties involve serving customers by delivering food and beverages, taking orders, conducting end-of-shift cleanups, and ensuring continuous cleanliness of tables, catering equipment, and the kitchen area. Additionally, you will be tasked with restocking and managing cleaning supplies as needed.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

A minimum of six months of experience in a food and beverage or front-of-house role is essential. For those who have not already obtained it, we offer a comprehensive two-hour bar training program to gain your certificate. We expect candidates to exhibit a pleasant and polite demeanour, coupled with excellent communication skills, showcasing an ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
