Responsibilities in your new role
The Administrator role is vital to the overall operation, as it relieves the Customer Service team and Transport Planning team from admin work to give them the freedom to concentrate on their main tasks.
Specific tasks include order or general data entry and phone/email correspondence with customers and hauliers.
This is a full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is a hybrid working option of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, but it is also possible you to work all days in the office should you prefer to do so.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be successful in this Administrator role, you will be required to demonstrate an excellent background in fast paced Admin roles. It is essential that you possess strong organisational and communication skills, although with good knowledge of IT and software packages, particularly Microsoft Office products.
You should be looking for a long-term role, where personal growth and development is key. A team player, who is mannerly, open and honest, and above all else, has the right attitude to work!
