Responsibilities as the Events Coordinator
As the new Touring and Events Coordinator, you will take responsibility for all of our clients' Touring and Events customers, booking renowned sightseeing tours in a professional and timely manner. You will be able to ensure a quick turnaround for regular enquiries which are either booked directly or by external tour operators and agents.
This is an extremely varied role due to the diverse booking requirements on a daily basis, from multi-city events around the globe to large-scale conferences or events in Scotland.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for delivering customer service and a great understanding of the luxury travel market. Knowledge of the road network in Scotland and basic geography would be highly advantageous for this position.
Someone from a hospitality, tourism or events background would flourish within this position however we are open to applications from those who can demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the desire to learn. You will be extremely organised and be confident working on multiple tasks at the one time.
As our client operates on a global scale, a second or third language would be highly desirable for this role although not essential.
