Responsibilities as the Spa Therapist 

As the Spa Therapist, you will be confident in performing all treatments to an exceptional standard, whilst tailoring your service to each client's unique needs and wants. The client would expect you to carry out an in-depth consultation with each specific client before commencing their treatment, to ensure you are aware of any medical history and concerns. 

Within this position, you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and treatments on offer and be proactive in attending training carried out by the management team. After any treatments, you will actively communicate aftercare recommendations and upsell products in line with the clients needs.  

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications 

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar Spa Therapist role in a luxury environment and obtained an HND/SVQ level in Beauty Therapy. We would love to speak to individuals who have a strong passion for creating outstanding customer experiences. 

As the Spa Therapist, you will have excellent communication skills and always deliver high quality customer service. You will put guests' needs to the forefront of everything you do and deliver excellent spa services to a high standard.
