Your new job responsibilities
As the new Sous Pastry Chef, you will take responsibility for the patisserie section of the main kitchen, assisting with the food preparation and cooking delightful dishes to a high standard. You will be responsible for creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
Your role will also involve assisting the full team of Chefs on shift and keeping the stock rotation up to date at all times.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We would love to speak to talented Pastry Chefs, who have strong experience within a similar role and is able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and exquisite organisation skills. You’ll be a real team player to be able to work well within a collaborative and supportive team, combined with the ability to produce high-quality dishes.
