Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and be involved in training new staff. You will be a natural team player and support the rest of your team through a consistent and positive approach. You will also be able to deliver exceptional food while supporting the communication of compliance requirements to all team members with regard to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and any other related legislation.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this role you must be confident, with a passion for high-quality food and service. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential and you must have first-class attention to detail. Experience in a similar role is a requirement, along with a level 2 in food hygiene and experience of all current relevant kitchen legislation.
