Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef
As the Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and be involved in training new staff. You will also have the drive to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, therefore being confident and having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
You will be a natural team player and support the rest of your team through a consistent and positive approach. You will also be able to deliver exceptional food while supporting the communication of compliance requirements to all team members with regards to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and any other related legislative requirements.
