Your new job responsibilities
As Service Desk Engineer, you will be providing effective IT support to a diverse range of customers via telephone, email and remote support applications.
Managing 1st line requests and incidents, as well as making change requests and implementing fixes and solutions where appropriate to deliver a first class service to our clients customers.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be successful, you will need to have a strong technical background, with a key focus of your experience in providing end user technical support. Expert knowledge of Windows, Linux and related technologies is essential, as is a knowledge of ISO / BSI and ITIL frameworks.
As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and energetic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment. Above all else, you should have an ambitious personality combined with a team-based work ethic.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
