Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Senior Sous Chef, you will take pride in assisting in the day-to-day running of the hotel’s kitchen. You will work with the kitchen team at this highly popular hotel to prepare and serve some of the finest ingredients that Scotland has to offer. Within your new role, you will also assist in creating innovative and exciting seasonal dishes and menus, whilst presenting them in a professional manner. You will deputise in the Head Chef’s absence and work closely with your team to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

This role entails a shift pattern of 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The perfect candidate will hold 3+ years of Sous Chef experience or experience within a senior position in the kitchen. You must be passionate, positive and an avid team player to excel in this role and we are particularly interested in talking with applicants who have a natural creative flair and who bring their own individuality to the table.
