Responsibilities within your new role

The newest Senior Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef (and deputising in his absence) in effectively managing the team and ensuring the quality of food meets standards and current Food Hygiene laws. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail. Within your new role, you will also assist in creating innovative and exciting seasonal dishes and menus, whilst presenting them in a professional manner.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The perfect candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or experience within a senior position in the kitchen. You must be passionate, positive and an avid team player to excel in this role and we are particularly interested in talking with applicants who have a natural creative flair and who bring their own individuality to the table.
