Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of the kitchen and training new/junior members of the team. Within your new role, you will also assist in creating innovative and exciting seasonal dishes and menus, whilst presenting them in a professional manner. You will be confident in your abilities and eager to lead your team to produce outstanding kitchen service.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience in a leading Chef role, ideally in high-volume and fast-paced kitchens. Experience of working in a kitchen with multiple menus running at the same time would be greatly beneficial. You will be required to be flexible and great attention to detail is needed when differentiating from menu to menu.
