Responsibilities within your role as CDP / Sous Chef

As the new Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, you will join a small yet supportive and close-knit kitchen team and support the Head Chef. You will work with local produce and fresh ingredients to create delicious dishes, with a strong focus on game. In joining, you will have the opportunity to show off your leadership skills by being responsible for the kitchen whilst the Head Chef is off.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We would love to speak to talented Chefs who have at least 1 years' experience within a similar Chef role, who are determined to take the next step from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef level. Baking experience would be a bonus, yet not essential.

You'll be a real team player to be able to work well within a collaborative and supportive team, combined with the ability to produce high-quality dishes. As the new Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, you will also have the desire to enhance your experience and learn from more senior member to evolve your career.
