Responsibilities within your new role 

You will work closely with our clients supportive and welcoming Applications Manager, with a key focus on delivering BAU support and creating innovative improvements for the SAP B1 solution, across the globe. As the IT Applications Support Analyst, you’ll be a part of the close-knit SAP B1 project group, making sure that project plans are achieved in a timely manner.  

Within your new role, your key duties will involve providing 1st to 3rd live application support, combined with accurately creating Crystal reports and layouts. You’ll proactively deliver incident management services whilst supporting the implementation of system alterations and upgrades. As the IT Applications Support Analyst, your role will also entail an overall business analysis service, regression testing and troubleshooting issues. 


Your personality, experience and qualifications 

We’re on the lookout for a highly diligent Analyst, with a passion for delivering outstanding support and creating unrivalled improvements and recommendations for the SAP B1 solution. Of course, having excellent working knowledge of SQL would be advantageous as well as the ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office packages.  

As an individual, you’ll have incredible accuracy and exquisite attention to detail, combined with the ability to effectively liaise with others on multiple projects. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the engineering and manufacturing industry, however it is not essential.
