Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Restaurant Supervisor, it will be your duty to respond to all guest needs and questions appropriately, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times. You will effectively manage the distribution of workload amongst the team to ensure performance expectations are met. You will manage and uphold all brand standards and ensure this is followed by the team also. It will be your responsibility to communicate and administer the food and beverage strategy to all internal parties while managing the yield of inventories in accordance with budget guidelines.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Ideally, the new Restaurant Supervisor will pride themself on being a role model for their team and be highly skilled at working in a fast-paced environment changing from various tasks while maintaining efficiency and composure. You should have previous experience working in a supervisory role and have proven knowledge of all food and beverage standards.
