Are you experienced in Residential Conveyancing and looking to join a renowned legal firm in the heart of Edinburgh? A highly reputable client of ours is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their supportive close-knit team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities in your new role 

As the new Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will take responsibility for typing from digital dictation, typed documentation or handwritten reports. You’ll carry out the preparation of Land Registration forms as well LBTT returns.  

Within your role, you will accurately prepare fee notes and produce cash statements, as well as conducting general administrative duties such as handling messages and photocopying/scanning. 


Your experience, personality and qualifications 

Do you have experience within a residential conveyancing role and looking to take on a new challenge with a major player in the legal sector? We’d be delighted to hear from you!  

Ideally, we are looking for a diligent individual who demonstrates excellent organisation skills and who is able to work well independently as well as in a team. You will have strong accuracy in your work and excellent attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritise effectively.  

To excel within this role, you will also have a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest conveyancing procedures and documentation coupled with quick yet accurate audio typing skills.
