Our premier property client is an industry leader in their field. They are well recognised for their huge success within the surveying sector and have a highly inclusive ‘family feel’ team culture within the business. They are looking for their new Residential Administrator to fit in comfortably with this ethos.
Your new job responsibilities
As Residential Administrator, your key responsibilities will include dealing with phone calls from clients, booking in instructions, allocating appointment times in conjunction with surveyor(s), drafting & preparing final reports for issue to clients, raising fees and taking payments (plus much more).
Your experience, personality and qualifications
You should ideally have experience in a similar Administrator or Admin Assistant role, with exposure to either Property/Estate Agent/Surveying sectors. However, this is not essential as training can be provided.
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential. You will understand the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines on a regular basis.
Ideally, we are looking for a diligent individual who demonstrates excellent organisation skills and who is able to work well independently as well as in a team.
